Private Dispute Resolution Agency (PDRA) is committed to assisting those who are experiencing personal or business disputes to reach agreement.  These disputes may involve personal matters such as divorce; property issues; injuries; or other interpersonal problems that the parties have not been able to resolve among themselves.  In addition, we can assist in the resolution of business issues including the sale or delivery of goods; the performance of services; payment for those goods or services; the performance or interpretation of contracts; or other issues involving businesses and their customers and suppliers. 

In each case, PDRA offers a constructive and positive atmosphere with a trained mediator to help the parties to reach agreement.  The mediation process allows the parties to identify the issues that are most important to each of them, and to work together with the mediator to design an agreement that addresses their most urgent concerns.  Our goal is to provide a confidential, civilized and cost-effective alternative to litigation or judicial proceedings.
